Booking Policies

What You Should Know

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please review our session policies before booking.

Rescheduling

Need to reschedule? No problem. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session at no charge. One reschedule is allowed per booking.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or reschedule.

Refund Policy

All paid sessions are non-refundable once completed. If BLŪM Business Alliance needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or priority reschedule.

Sessions do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or medical advice. All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. Sessions are non-transferable. BLŪM Business Alliance reserves the right to decline or end any session that falls outside the scope of our services.
